Trade your desk chair for meditative movement in fresh air, and shake off the work day with a happy hour of yoga! This mid-week class provides a re-set for your body and mind, and is designed to be accessible to every body. Class will be held outdoors in the lush park-like space behind Town Hall, and moved into Town Hall when needed due to inclement weather. Bring a mat, beach towel, or blanket.
