In the stillness of the forest, we'll connect deeply with nature, our bodies, and our innermost intentions as we embark on a soul-heart-body journey toward designing a life that feels good.

The day will include heart-opening outdoor yoga from Nicole Klemas of NPK Yoga, an intention-setting workshop from Jennifer Soto inspired by the best seller The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte, a nourishing lunch, and lots of opportunities to explore external beauty and our innermost selves.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed and focused, with clear goals to guide your life decisions in your career, your body, your creativity, your relationships, and your spirit.

Your Hosts

Nicole Klemas

Nicole is deeply inspired by taking yoga and meditation off the mat, helping students cultivate supple bodies and quiet minds in the fresh air and sunshine of the San Francisco Bay area. As an outdoor yoga specialist, her classes are designed to provide refreshing nature-inspired exploration for yogis of all levels. Nicole is a lifelong student who loves the unfolding journey of a daily practice. Her work as a board-certified life sciences writer and editor contributes to her great interest in the anatomy of yoga and the physical effects of meditation, leading to her current exploration of additional training in yoga therapy. She can most often be found hiking the trails of Marin County, searching for new places to practice.

Jennifer Soto

Jennifer found her own yoga practice when looking for a way to bring balance and joy into a hectic and uninspired lifestyle. Through yoga, and later the additional practice of Desire Mapping, she redesigned her own life to center around joy and heart-centered work, and has been helping others do the same by sharing this framework in workshops and 1-1 coaching. She can most often be found enjoying the redwoods or ocean and immersed in her favorite candlelight yin practice.
